I pull the hoods on my Z's and so has MixManMash. There is a silicone seal over the hinges that you have to slice into to remove the hood. Carefully cut around the seal, pull the 4 12mm hinge bolts, pop the windshield washer hose and the hood is off. To re-install, thread in the 12mm bolts, line up the rubber seal you cut into and when it aligns, tighten the bolts up. Done. Worked perfectly on the several motor pulls/installs we have done.
